Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired Bellevue, Washington-based Hawley & Associates LLC.
Hawley & Associates was founded to provide specialized insurance services for adoption, foster care and child welfare agencies and over the years its offerings have expanded into all aspects of social services for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations with US and/or international exposures.
Phil Hawley and his associates will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of Jim Buckley, head of Gallagher’s Northwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
Arthur J. Gallagher is an insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
