Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has named Kryz Novotnaj vice president and national director of health informatics in its employee benefits group.

Novotnaj will be based in the Walnut Creek, Calif. office, and he will lead the expansion of Alliant’s health informatics and health & productivity consulting practices.

Prior to Alliant Novotnaj was a regional vice president in health informatics and wellness with a Bay area employee benefits consultant.

Newport Beach-based Alliant is an insurance brokerage that provides property/casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, surety, and financial products and services.
