Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services has named Lauri Young an area assistant vice president responsible for new business development on the West Coast in the specialty area of McDonald’s Restaurants.

Young joins the team with 20-plus years of extensive background in all lines of insurance, having spent the past 12 years specializing in the restaurant industry with a strong emphasis in captives and program management. She will be based out of the company’s Lafayette, Calif., office.
