The Colorado Division of Insurance announced that property/casualty and health insurance rate filings submitted in paper form after Jan. 1, 2008 will be returned for noncompliance.
House Bill 07-1234, which took effect this month, mandated electronic filings. A summary of filed rates, except for workers’ compensation insurance, will be posted on the Division’s website.
Workers’ comp rate and loss cost filings are now required to be filed via SERFF.
