Harry W. Gorst Co. based in Chatsworth, Calif., has opened a new office in the Inland Empire and hired Eirik Fulton as senior underwriter. Fulton will be responsible for new business development and increasing the Gorst brand.
The new Inland Empire office is located in Victorville, Calif., to serve Inland Empire clients. Fulton began his insurance career in 1991 at his father’s retail agency, Fairway Insurance Center. After five years as a retail commercial lines producer, he took his skills to Hull & Co. For the next three years, Fulton was commercial lines account executive in the MGA, Excess & Surplus Line arena. While there, he was instrumental in administering a national insurance program while producing and underwriting new business. Most recently Fulton moved his skills as a broker, E&S wholesaler and intermediary to Axiom Specialty Insurance.
