Los Angeles Abacus Insurance Brokers Inc. has changed the name of its online wholesale technology division APM Platform to . The name change is effective January 3, 2007.
“Abacus.net better reflects the online nature of our business and the network we have created that connects brokers with specialty coverages in a completely automated environment,” said Darren Lewin, Abacus vice president of program development. “The name change is a step in a series of strategic initiatives aimed to grow the Abacus brand in 2007 and beyond, and position Abacus as a leader of online insurance program delivery.”
Abacus Insurance Brokers, Inc is a retail and wholesale insurance brokerage.
