Colorado Casualty, a member of Liberty Mutual Group based in Denver, has added real-time policy inquiry, endorsement quoting, and electronic endorsement submissions to the roster of functions available through Personal IQ, the company’s web-based technology for personal lines.
The real-time functions for available for home, auto, umbrella, and packages through Personal IQ include:
鈥ndorsement quoting, endorsement submissions, and cancellation requests;
鈥olicy inquiry search by policy number or policyholder name;
鈥ccess and display of current, first, prior, and renewal terms’ policy data;
鈥urrent policy data modification capability for endorsement requests;
鈥otor vehicle registry report ordering for newly added drivers;
鈥ummary of policy transaction history.
Currently, almost 90 percent of all new business applications are submitted through Personal IQ, according to the company. Colorado Casualty offers property and casualty products, including a set of personal and commercial coverage, distributed only through appointed independent agents. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado Casualty provides insurance in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
