Anthony “Tony” Leoni has joined AFS/IBEX Financial Services Inc. as senior account manager. He will work out of the firm’s California office, 4100 Newport Place Drive, Newport Beach, CA.
Leoni has been active in the premium finance industry in Southern California since 1994.
