Willis Group Holdings has appointed Paul Gibbs as national partner to lead the Western Region of the United States encompassing Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. He was previously regional partner for Willis’ Southern California operations. Gibbs is based in Los Angeles.
Gibbs joined Willis from Marsh in March 2005, where he worked for 20 years most recently as a managing director and zone leader for the Southwest (Southern California, Nevada and Arizona). Prior to taking responsibility for the Southwest region, Gibbs directed Marsh’s Los Angeles office.
