The program features a maximum limit of $5 million, a minimum premium of $2,500 and a minimum deductible of $2,500. Perils include basic, broad and special forms. Commission is 16 percent.
Coverage includes household contents, additional living expenses, other structures and building ordinances.
Dwelling property coverage is required, no heavy brush areas are covered and 250 ft. brush clearance is required for borderline brush areas. There is no fine arts, furs, jewelry or collectibles coverage.
