Encino, Calif.-based NAS Insurance Services has enhanced its Managed Care E&O insurance with the inclusion of a 50/50 hammer clause in the coverage’s settlement and defense provisions.
Another enhancement is the definition of Managed Care Professional Services that now includes triage for claims payment.
In addition, NAS’ HIPAA coverage endorsement is now available up to the full policy limits.
