Bridgeport Continuing Education will host a seminar on Sept. 23 in Los Angeles titled “Mold Management & Litigation Update.”
The seminar is designed for attorneys, insurance adjusters, claims
managers, owners, project managers, architects, engineers, and property and facilities managers.
The course will qualify for 6 hours of MCLE credits and will be held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, 506 S. Grand Ave. in Los Angeles from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Topics include: Overview of Mold Litigation & Cases in California; Defenses to Mold Claims; Plaintiff’s Arguments; What Mold Insurance Products are Available; First and Third Party Mold Claims; The Science of Mold Issues; and Mediating Mold Claims.
Faculty includes Curtis Parvin, Esq. of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold; Kenneth A.
