N.Y.-based insurance brokerage firm DeWitt Stern Group has signed a five-year lease for 12,500 square feet at Tri Center Plaza in Van Nuys in a transaction valued at $1.65 million, according to tenant representative Cushman & Wakefield.
The new Van Nuys office at Tri Center Plaza located at 5990 Sepulveda Boulevard will be the 104-year-old firm’s second in California. The firm, which also has offices in New Jersey, Tennessee and Florida, is expected to take occupancy in November, according to Cushman & Wakefield broker Robert Erickson, who represented DeWitt Stern in the transaction.
