Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Benefits Planning & Insurance Agency, Inc. of Larkspur, Calif.
Founded in 1978, Benefits Planning & Insurance Agency (“BPI”) is one of the largest employee benefit brokerage operations in Northern California. They offer a wide-range of benefit consultation and brokerage services that include strategic planning, financial analysis, legislative compliance, and employee communication support. Michael Michalski, Michael Stallone, Victor Deksnys, and Robert Christadore, along with their BPI associates, will continue to operate out of their current offices under the direction of James Durkin, president of Gallagher Benefit Services.
