Walnut Creek, Calif.-based PMI announced that Mary Crawford has been named assistant vice president, Policy Servicing. She was most recently director, Customer Support Services and prior to that manager, Policy Servicing.
“Mary is a strong leader and her experience in both Policy Servicing and Customer Support, along with her energy and enthusiasm, will serve her well in her new role,” said PMI’s president and COO L. Stephen Smith.
Crawford joined PMI in 1996 as a manager, Policy Servicing. Most recently she was a director, Customer Support Services, successfully leading the Desktop Migration project for the company. Prior to joining PMI, she was with Allstate Insurance Company, serving as a Sales manager, Claims manager and Regional Education manager.
