The California Department of Insurance recently announced that they have updated the look for licenses issued to insurance agents and brokers doing business in California. The design was based on feedback the CDI received from agents and brokers, and some have already begun to receive the redesigned licenses.
“Agents and brokers work hard to earn and maintain their license,” said Keith Kuzmich, licensing bureau chief. “We agree the license should graphically and appropriately represent the professional status of California’s licensed agents and brokers and believe the new look reflects that.”
The new look consists of an 8 陆” x 11″ piece of beige colored paper—the license is located at the bottom part of the page to fit a 5″ x 7″ frame. The top portion of the page features a removable identification card that can be carried with the licensee.
