eAutoclaims, which provides the insurance industry with online claims management solutions through both an ASP and outsourcing solutions services, has entered into a two-year exclusive agreement with CenCal Insurance Services Inc. to provide online claims management solutions.
CenCal’s contract provides for a 600- claim-per-month minimum to be processed though the eAutoclaims “eJuster Suite” claims management system. CenCal provides non-standard auto insurance services in six western states including California.
eAutoclaims will process automotive repair claims for CenCal members through its proprietary online claims management solution, eJuster Suite. eAutoclaims has tied its system directly into CenCal’s policy management system utilizing predefined assumptions.
In addition to processing claims online, CenCal gains access to eAutoclaims network of over 3,100 body shops nationwide and connectivity to its service partners that provide towing, rental, accident investigation, subrogation and salvage services.
