Confie, a national provider of personal lines insurance, has acquired the business of Insurance King Auto Agency LLC, which has two locations in Dallas
The family-owned agency was established in March 2010 and specializes in personal lines.
Established in 2008, California-based Confie has acquired and successfully integrated over 80 businesses since its inception.
