(MS/B) announced the completion of its sale to MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. of Richmond, B.C.,
Canada. Combined with MDA’s existing property information and valuation business in the mortgage services sector, including DataQuick, MS/B becomes part of a consortium of leading automated property valuation suppliers in North America.

MS/B will remain independently operated and will continue to provide property valuation and claims estimating data, technology and services to property insurers throughout the United States and Canada.
