Alera Group, a Deerfield, Ill.-based, national employee benefits, property and casualty, risk management and wealth management firm, has acquired three new firms: CRISP Insurance Advisors, Lively Insurance and Loretz Insurance LLC. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
CRISP Insurance Advisors (CRISP) began operations in 2012 after the merger of a personal and commercial lines firm and an employee benefits firm in New Jersey. Together, the two companies formed CRISP, a boutique insurance agency.
Lively Insurance is an employee benefits firm that provides service to businesses and municipalities. For more than 20 years, Lively Insurance has focused on a customer-centric approach. It will join Alera Group through local firm CBP.
Loretz Insurance LLC specializes in professional liability and offers all lines of insurance, from buy-sell agreements to cyber liability. It will join Alera Group through local firm Kaercher Insurance.
