New Day Underwriting Managers LLC, a Hamilton, N.J.-based specialty intermediary for environmental and construction-related professional liability insurance coverage, has hired Heidi Burke as account manager. She is responsible for providing detailed commercial insurance information and support to industrial customers.

Before joining New Day, for more than four years Burke served as an account executive with ACE Insurance in Philadelphia. She also previously worked with several New Jersey-based firms including Commerce Insurance Services and Ashurst Insurance. Burke is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
