Central Massachusetts-based William Palumbo Insurance Agency has named William “Bill” S. Shields leader of its construction risk division.
A veteran of the construction industry, Shields began his career at Modern Continental Construction Co. as corporate risk manager. He most recently owned and operated William S. Shields & Associates, which will merge into the Palumbo.
