A.I.M Mutual Insurance Companies, a workers compensation insurer based in Burlington, Massachusetts, has promoted Paul M. Kehoe to controller. Kehoe will be responsible for all financial accounting and reporting functions.

Kehoe joined A.I.M. Mutual in January, 2005, as accounting manager. He began his career in Ernst & Young’s insurance audit practice and spent eight years in public accounting and auditing roles with Ernst & Young and Hasbro, Inc.
