Zurich has appointed insurance broker Marsh U.S. Consumer, as the new administrator for its Programs & Direct Markets’ lawyers’ professional liability program. Marsh will be the administrator for attorneys in Conn., Maine, Mass., N.H., N.Y., Pa., R.I., and Vt.
Attorneys with Zurich-issued lawyers’ professional liability policies are encouraged to call 877-783-5434 to initiate the steps required to authorize the transfer of records to Marsh. Attorneys not currently accessing the Zurich-issued Professional Liability program can call the same number to learn how they can participate.
