Kaye Group, the parent of Old Lyme Insurance Co. of Rhode Island, announced promotions for three of its top executives, Damian Testa, Douglas Schenendorf and Robert N. Munao.
Testa was named President of Kaye Group’s Retail Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage Division. He’ll be responsible for all brokerage activities in New York, Connecticut and California, reporting directly to Kaye Group Chairman Bruce D. Guthart.
Douglas Schenendorf was promoted to head Kaye–Long Island, the Company’s retail property and casualty brokerage unit headquartered in Woodbury NY. He joined Kaye, when it acquired Long Island broker Seaman, Ross & Wiener in 1999.
Robert N. Munao, a veteran in the management of employee benefits with 25 years experience was named President of Kaye Benefits Consulting, the Company’s national benefits practice.
Kaye is currently in the process of completing a merger agreement with Toronto-based Hub International Ltd., which is expected to close by the end of the month.
