The Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) will hold a second mold symposium May 6-7 at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas. The meeting is a follow-up to PLRB’s first symposium last October, and is entitled “The PLRB National Mold Symposium II: A Current Perspective on an Evolving Issue.” General session speakers will include Joseph Gerber, a senior partner at Cozen O’Conner who will address legal issues regarding mold claims, and Dr. Douglas Rice of Colorado State University, who will discuss common misconceptions about mold. A case study, “Anatomy of a Mold Claim Going South,” will also be featured. More information can be found at www.plrb.org/seminars/cfm.
