San Diego, Calif. (Jan. 10, 2014) 鈥� Atlas General Insurance Services, LLC, a national multi-line program manager is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Hickey, CIC, from Yardley, Pa., to its marketing team. Hickey will be responsible for marketing Atlas products in the northeastern part of the United States.
Prior to joining Atlas, Hickey served as the northeast branch manager for SeaBright Insurance Company based in Radnor, Pa. While there, he was the leader of sales for specialty workers’ compensation.
Hickey brings over 20 years of insurance experience to the Atlas team, beginning with his retail experience in his home state of New Jersey. Later, Hickey pursued the MGA and carrier side in Pennsylvania. In 1993, Hickey received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
Garland Byrd, vice president of marketing, stated, “I am pleased to welcome Tom to the Atlas Marketing Team. Tom will be a great asset to our company as we expand into the northeast market.”
