USI Insurance Services has acquired Colorado Springs, Colo.-based CB Insurance LLC.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CB Insurance and its predecessors have served the needs of the Colorado community for more 100 years, specializing in commercial and personal risk insurance programs.
Valhalla, N.Y.-based USI is an insurance brokerage and consulting firm delivering property/casualty, employee benefits, personal risk, program and retirement solutions to large risk management clients, middle market companies, smaller firms and individuals.
