At-Bay has named Kristie Felton head of partnerships.

Felton will spearhead At-Bay’s collaboration with digital distribution partners, including digital broker platforms, enterprise technology companies and professional associations.

She has with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She spent seven years at Hiscox USA, where she most recently served as head of alternative distribution. Before that, she was vice president at Liberty International Underwriters, where she oversaw underwriting production with retail and wholesale brokers.

At-Bay is a managing general underwriter that underwrites insurance policies through HSB Specialty Insurance Co.
