NFP has named Michael Ongkiko managing director of its Utah Office.
Ongkiko will lead the Utah office and be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships and growing the NFP service capabilities in the greater Utah market. Ongkiko will also continue to practice HR consulting for NFP clients. He will report to John Hohman, regional president of NFP’s West region.
Ongkiko moves into this new role as Dave Jackson, the previous Managing Director of NFP Utah’s Office transitions to new role with the company as a senior vice president of strategic accounts.
Ongkiko has more than 20 years of human resource experience in the public and private sector. He was previously vice president for HR Services for NFP. Prior to NFP, was director of human resources for Salt Lake County.
NFP is an insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property/casualty, retirement and individual private client solutions.
