The team of five will remain under the operational leadership of Jeff Maren.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Nevada West Business Insurance Agency currently reports $1 million in annualized revenues.
Lake Mary, Fla.-based AssuredPartners acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses across the U.S. and in London.
