JLT Specialty Names Kumar Vice President in California

JLT Specialty USA has named Vipul Kumar vice president of its transaction advisory practice.

Kumar will be based in San Francisco, Calif. and work with clients to understand merger and acquisition risks.

Kumar joins JLT from Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where he was a senior associate attorney.

JLT Specialty USA is a U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc.
