Michael Day and Judy Mann have been named to the board of Directors for Topa Insurance Group in California.

Day was the chief financial officer for CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, until his retirement in 2015.

Mann was a managing director of Swiss Re, a member of the Americas management team, and president and chief executive officer of Swiss Re Underwriters Agency Inc. She retired in 2015.

Topa is a specialty insurance platform made up of Topa Insurance Co., as well as Topa Insurance Services and Dorchester Insurance Co.
