NSM Insurance Group has named Victoria Millard director of the Western region.

Millard began her programs career 25 years ago in the MGA space, later migrating to the carrier side and managing programs nationally. Millard has worked for Lexington Insurance Co., GE Employers Reinsurance Co. and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. Most recently, Millard was the senior vice president of Global Distribution for QBE North America.
