Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Madison Risk & Insurance Services in Huntington Beach, Calif.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Madison is a retail insurance broker providing property/casualty and risk management insurance and consulting services exclusively for the healthcare industry. The firm specializes in coverages for hospitals, individual and group physicians, physician assistants, health systems, nurse practitioners, and allied facilities and providers throughout the U.S.
Anthony Bowen, Kathryn Bowen and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of James McFarlane, head of Gallagher’s western retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
