ECC Insurance Brokers Inc. named Debbie Elliott senior vice president of financial services.
Elliott will be in charge of opening and developing the ECC office in Denver, Colo.
Before ECC Elliot was the assistant vice president of underwriting, management and professional liability at Philadelphia Insurance Cos. in its Littleton, Colo. office and was an assistant vice president and producer at Hub International.
