A Longmont, Colo. woman has taken down several critical web postings to settle a libel lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed by recycOil, a grease and oil recycling company.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera, Jennifer Hronkin admitted in the settlement she had no knowledge that recycOil received any funds from the United States Department of Agriculture or whether the company had ever been charged with theft.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture said the company had been awarded a grant, but no money had been paid. The company denied allegations it stole from competitors or misused government funds.
