This contractor market accepts new residential exposures, commercial exposures, as well as repair and remodeling risks. States include Ariz. (admitted), Calif., Idaho, Mt., Nev. (excluding Clark County), N.M., Ore., Wash. and Wyo. Minimum premiums begin at $750 for artisan contractors and $1,500 for general contractors. General liability limits include $1 million/ $2 million /$2 million. Additional optional coverages include miscellaneous tools inland marine and employee benefits liability.
