San Diego-based Barney & Barney LLC has announced that Principal Bill Brennan will head the firm’s Real Estate Practice. The practice is made up of insurance consultants and loss control experts who specialize in real estate risk and provide services including risk assessment, loss control, coverage negotiation, claims management and more.
Brennan has been with the firm for 15 years, and became a principal in 2004. As the Construction and Real Estate Practice leader, he provides an experienced perspective on insurance programs unique to the construction industry. He specializes in the placement of property, casualty and workers’ compensation programs for privately held middle-market companies. He also specializes in the alternative risk and self insurance market for selective clients. And he also works with clients in the health and fitness and manufacturing sectors.
