The New Mexico Senate on Wednesday confirmed Ned Fuller as director of the Workers’ Compensation Administration.
Fuller was nominated by Gov. Susana Martinez and began work Jan. 24 as the director designee.
Fuller, an attorney, worked for private law firms, primarily in Albuquerque, before being appointed as the Workers’ Compensation Administration’s assistant director in March 2000.
He remained in that job until April 2001, then worked as a workers’ compensation judge from 2001 to December 2003.
Most recently, he was staff counsel for The Hartford Insurance Co., handling workers’ compensation claims.
