San Francisco-based Tri-City Brokerage, a division of Crump Insurance Services Inc., has named Matt Whitelaw senior vice president specializing in directors and officers coverage placements.
Whitelaw has expertise in all areas of professional liability coverage, with a focus on public and private D&O, and erros and omissions for venture capital and private equity firms. Previously he was managing director of Carpenter Moore Insurance.
