The American Agents Alliance released the correction to an Aug. 10 article titled American Agents Alliance Comments on CDI’s Amendment of Agency Appointment Regulations.
“The Alliance remains opposed to the proposed revised appointment regulations as noted Aug. 10 on InsuranceJournal.com. However, the Alliance was pleased to see section 2194.43 referencing “producers” was removed with the proposed revision as the term “producer” is undefined in today’s Code.”
