Torrance, Calif.-based Keenan & Associates announced that it has named Suzanne Molinari as vice president of Human Resources. Keenan is dedicated to providing superior insurance products and services to schools, community colleges, municipalities, and healthcare organizations that include employee benefits, third-party claims administration, workers’ compensation, integrated disability, risk management, and property and liability.
Sean Smith, CEO of Keenan, said, “We are delighted to welcome Suzanne to the helm of our Human Resources department. Suzanne’s leadership and management expertise will be a key to our strategic growth and continued dedication to customer service.”
Molinari comes to Keenan from Blue Shield of California where she served as director of Human Resources. She honed her human resource expertise at a few well-respected California-based organizations, including Washington Mutual in Irvine, and PacifiCare/Secure Horizons in Cypress.
