Timothy M. Matthews has joined Anaheim-based Hayward, Tilton & Rolapp Insurance Associates Inc. as an associate specializing in risk management with emphasis on real estate and manufacturing accounts.
With 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Matthews previously served as senior vice president with Hobbs Group and Marsh in Orange County, Calif.
