Fox-Pitt, Kelton Inc., a unit of reinsurer Swiss Re, is expanding its San Francisco branch office to include a team of investment bankers that will focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising for financial institutions in the western part of the United States including California, the Pacific Northwest and the Rocky Mountain region.
The team will be led by Jean Luc Servat who joins FPK from Merrill Lynch’s San Francisco office.
In addition, Fox-Pitt, Kelton announced that Michael Namba and Olaf Vlieks will join the San Francisco investment banking department as a vice president and associate respectively. Both worked most recently at Merrill Lynch in San Francisco.
