The Kentucky Department of Insurance has a new vendor on continuing education and prelicensing services: PSI Services.
Prometric, the previous vendor, is no longer accepting education course and instructor reviews, the DOI said in a bulletin.
Providers should now submit course and instructor information to PSI via email at KYINSProcessing@psionline.com. The mailing address is 450 N Stephanie St., Second Floor, Suite 200, Henderson, NV 89014. The phone number is 877-526-6833.
The department said more information will be available soon, but questions can be emailed to DOI.LicensingMail@ky.gov, or stakeholders can call 502-564-6004.
PSI Services a national testing and certification company. It was sold in January by Lifelong Learner Holdings to Educational Testing Services (ETS), one of the world’s largest testing organizations.
