The Windstorm Insurance Network, known as WIND, a continuing education organization for adjusters, appraisers and other claims professionals, has installed new officers and board members after its annual conference in Orlando.

Wayne Taylor, an insurance defense attorney with Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins in Atlanta, was named president for 2024-2025. “WIND’s mission of promoting education and its goal of inclusion, including all components of catastrophe claims, is accomplished in part through the diversity of WIND’s officers and board members and the exchange of disparate viewpoints,” Taylor said in a bulletin about the new officers.
Gina Clausen Lozier, of the Lake Worth, Florida, law firm of Clausen Choquette, represents policyholders. She was named president-elect.
Lori Flenniken, of Florida Intracoastal Underwriters, is vice president.
Justin Whedbee, of MAS Solutions, an independent adjusting firm, is secretary. David Cowheard, of the Cowheard, Singer and Co. accounting firm in Miami, was named treasurer.
Board members can be found at the WIND .
