TWFG Insurance, also known as The Woodlands Financial Group, has continued its growth trajectory with the acquisition of Jeff Kincaid Insurance Agency, which has five offices in North Carolina.
Kincaid, a former Nationwide Mutual Insurance agent, brings an $18 million book, along with offices in Hickory, Shelby, Morgantown, Forest City and Marion, North Carolina, TWFG said in a news release this week.
Based in The Woodlands, Texas, north of Houston, TWFG said it has grown into one of the largest privately owned agencies in Texas and Louisiana and has offices in 18 states. It provides access to personal and commercial lines. TWFG was founded in 2001 by Gordy Bunch, CEO.
