Warner Pacific, a large general agency in several Western U.S. states, is reaching eastward with the acquisition of Agents Marketing Group in Miami, the company announced.
The acquisition of AMG, a general agency, will expand Warner’s presence into one of the largest markets on the east coast, provides new growth opportunities, and offers new tools and technology for Florida brokers, Warner Pacific said in a press release.
Warner said it is a top-producing general agency for some of the largest U.S. insurance carriers, and has more than $4 billion of in-force premiums. It has worked with brokers and agents in California, Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma.
AMG was founded in 2001 by Robert Kilian. It offers brokers consultation, analysis and strategy on employee benefits.
