Chris Black Insurance, a Lutz, Fla.-based independent insurance firm, has partnered with Insurance Seguros of America Ricketts, located in Wesley Chapel, Fla.
The transaction was finalized on October 10, 2018.
Founded in 2011 by Tina Ricketts, Insurance Seguros of America Ricketts, LLC, specializes in transportation (trucking) insurance and risk management services. Ricketts will continue to serve her clients as a Commercial Risk advisor with Chris Black Insurance. Both firms will look to grow in the transportation insurance segment throughout the southeastern United States.
Insurance Seguros of America Ricketts will inherit the Chris Black Insurance name.
